主要研究領(lǐng)域及興趣
黃原教授的《分子進(jìn)化生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室》主要從事分子進(jìn)化和分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)研究,包括利用高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)獲得的基因組和轉(zhuǎn)錄組數(shù)據(jù)研究直翅目昆蟲和鳥類主要類群的時(shí)空演化模式和系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系,利用DNA復(fù)合條形碼技術(shù)進(jìn)行土壤和水體生物多樣性編目和群落演化研究。近期的研究項(xiàng)目包括:直翅目昆蟲的轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)和譜系基因組學(xué)研究;鳥類和直翅目昆蟲的線粒體基因組學(xué)研究;基于DNA復(fù)合條形碼技術(shù)研究秦巴山區(qū)土壤和水體生物群落的多樣性及演化動(dòng)態(tài)。
