工作經歷
2004年~至今,清華大學精儀系制造所任教;
2001年~2004年,清華大學制造所博士后;
1999年~2001年,清華大學制造所訪問學者;
1983年~2004年,中國礦業(yè)大學任教。
科研工作
從事超精密機械與控制等方面研究,承擔973、863、國家自然基金項目10余項,現(xiàn)為國家重大專項項目、重點基礎研究發(fā)展計劃(973計劃)課題負責人。共發(fā)表論文80余篇,其中SCI、EI收錄40余篇,引用110余次,申請國家發(fā)明專利22項,美國專利2項。
