夏立忠,男,博士,正高級(jí)工程師,歷任常熟生態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)站辦公室主任(1996~2004年)、秭歸實(shí)驗(yàn)站常務(wù)副站長(zhǎng)和站長(zhǎng)(2004~2013年),曾參加國(guó)家“八七”科技扶貧工作。長(zhǎng)期從事水土流失與面源污染防治、農(nóng)田生態(tài)系統(tǒng)養(yǎng)分循環(huán)的研究和區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)。主持或作為技術(shù)骨干參加完成來自國(guó)家科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家基金委自然基金面上項(xiàng)目、國(guó)務(wù)院三峽工程建設(shè)委員會(huì)三峽工程生態(tài)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目和研究專項(xiàng)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院重大項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)科學(xué)院知識(shí)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)科學(xué)院西部行動(dòng)計(jì)劃創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目等各類項(xiàng)目近30項(xiàng)。立足于三峽庫(kù)首區(qū)域山地立體利用與水土流失、面源污染治理,構(gòu)建了消落區(qū)的植被過濾帶與清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)相結(jié)合的生態(tài)保護(hù)模式,柑桔產(chǎn)業(yè)帶的植物籬技術(shù)與水肥一體化技術(shù)相配套的高效循環(huán)農(nóng)業(yè)模式,傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)坡耕地的保護(hù)性耕作加植物籬技術(shù)的生態(tài)保護(hù)模式。曾在英國(guó)女王大學(xué)從事訪問研究。發(fā)表各類學(xué)術(shù)論文53篇,其中SCI收錄15篇,EI收錄2篇,中文核心期刊論文33篇。參加已出版發(fā)行3部專著的編寫。申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng),獲得專利授權(quán)1項(xiàng)。
