周小宇博士在中山大學管理學院獲得管理學學士學位（2009），在北京大學光華管理學院獲得管理學博士學位（2014）。博士畢業(yè)后于2014年7月加入上?？萍即髮W創(chuàng)業(yè)管理學院任助理教授。

周小宇博士近期主要的研究項目包括以下5個方面： 1、創(chuàng)始人CEO的離任與繼任：中國上市公司1992-2012，美國上市公司1992-2012； 2、美國IT行業(yè)上市公司1990-2013退市研究； 3、外資汽車企業(yè)在中國的技術學習：中國汽車行業(yè)2004-2009； 4、中國私營企業(yè)的成長戰(zhàn)略選擇：全國私營企業(yè)調查2006-2010； 5、小眾電影如何在社會中的正式化過程：美國電影行業(yè)2008-2013。
