姚金城,男,漢族,1978年生于新疆塔城地區(qū),工學(xué)碩士,中國科學(xué)院新疆理化技術(shù)研究所副研究員。2001年6月畢業(yè)于四川大學(xué)獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2007年6月畢業(yè)于電子科技大學(xué)獲工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2007年7月到中國科學(xué)院新疆理化技術(shù)研究所參加工作,主要從事負(fù)溫度系數(shù)氧化物熱敏陶瓷材料的制備及器件設(shè)計(jì)研究。參與國家863計(jì)劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家可靠性增長、國家批生產(chǎn)、國家技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)科研等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目,已發(fā)表研究論文10余篇,制訂產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1項(xiàng)。
