香港職工會聯(lián)盟（1990年成立的勞工聯(lián)合組織）

爭取目標

團結(jié)：我們堅信“團結(jié)就是力量”，致力于凝聚打工階層力量，壯大獨立工會運動，使打工仔女能在實力基礎(chǔ)下爭取權(quán)益。

飯碗：我們站穩(wěn)基層立場，推動勞工權(quán)益，改善雇員生活質(zhì)素，具體工作包括處理勞資糾紛、宣傳工會意識、爭取立法保障、組織獨立工會等等。

公義：我們作為勞工組織，有責任捍衛(wèi)社會公義、接近貧富差距、為社會弱勢群體爭取分享繁榮成果。

民主：我們長期以來積極推動民主發(fā)展；沒有民主政制，打工階層便不能參與政府政策的制定，必使勞工權(quán)益受到壓制，故政制及勞工權(quán)益是不可分割的。

職工盟的總部位于香港九龍彌敦道 557-559號永旺行19樓及7樓，總面積接近五千平方英尺，設(shè)有以下設(shè)施：

此外，職工盟多個屬會亦借用總部部份地方作為會址之用，為工友、會員及工會理事提供服務(wù)。

培訓中心

職工盟設(shè)有六個培訓中心，分別為于佐敦、元朗、大埔、馬鞍山及天水圍，為區(qū)內(nèi)不同年齡的居民和工友提供培訓和就業(yè)輔導服務(wù)。

回收助人中心

職工盟回收中心提供社區(qū)支援，接受社會服務(wù)機構(gòu)、區(qū)議員及其他服務(wù)基層人士的機構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)介，向有需要人士贈送衣物用品。鼓勵市民捐贈物品，善用回收資源，創(chuàng)立社會企業(yè)，促進社群關(guān)系。并提供培訓及就業(yè)機會給一群失業(yè)、低技能的基層婦女，自給自足。

架構(gòu)

職工盟最高權(quán)力架構(gòu)，由各屬會按會員人數(shù)派代表出席，每年最少舉行一次，執(zhí)委會二十六名

執(zhí)委會由會員大會選舉產(chǎn)生作為會員大會休會期間的決策機關(guān)，每兩年選一次

常委會9名：執(zhí)委會下設(shè)常務(wù)理事會負責監(jiān)察及緊急決策

常設(shè)工作委員會：執(zhí)委會下設(shè)6個常務(wù)工作委員會，厘訂及推動各方面工作：勞工事務(wù)委員會、社會事務(wù)委員會、婦女事務(wù)委員會、工會教育中心、康樂及福利事務(wù)委員會、財務(wù)委員會

另設(shè)以下工作委員會，以便統(tǒng)籌不同事務(wù)：籌款委員會、公務(wù)員事務(wù)委員會、資助機構(gòu)工會委員會、新界西地區(qū)委員會、集體談判組、參政組、組織組

秘書處：執(zhí)委會下設(shè)秘書處，負責執(zhí)行執(zhí)委會及各委員會

解散事件

2021年，香港特區(qū)政府保安局發(fā)言人10月3日就有關(guān)反中亂港組織“香港職工會聯(lián)盟”決定解散的事件表示，一個組織及其成員犯下的罪行，其刑責不會因解散組織或成員的辭職而被抹走。香港特區(qū)政府警務(wù)處將繼續(xù)全力追究任何涉嫌違反香港國安法及其他香港法例的組織及人士。^[1]
