林曉婉,自2008年9月起在中國(guó)人民大學(xué)商學(xué)院擔(dān)任講師,先后獲得香港城市大學(xué)商學(xué)院的管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,北京師范大學(xué)心理系心理學(xué)學(xué)士、碩士學(xué)位,主要研究人力資源管理等一系列問題。
