功能性和全新食品的研究及功能與安全性評(píng)價(jià),人體營(yíng)養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià),飲食和非傳染性疾病的關(guān)系,營(yíng)養(yǎng)與基因的相互作用,營(yíng)養(yǎng)素、功能性成分以及天然產(chǎn)物對(duì)相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響。
