功能性和全新食品的研究及功能與安全性評價,人體營養(yǎng)評價,飲食和非傳染性疾病的關(guān)系,營養(yǎng)與基因的相互作用,營養(yǎng)素、功能性成分以及天然產(chǎn)物對相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響。
在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊和學(xué)術(shù)會議上發(fā)表英文科技論文170多篇,著作6部/章,共輔導(dǎo)過和正在輔導(dǎo)研究生、訪問學(xué)者和國際交流學(xué)生50多人九度被美國Who 's Who(世界名人錄)收錄、被亞太臨床營養(yǎng)學(xué)會授予2007年度獎;被國務(wù)院中國學(xué)生營養(yǎng)與健康促進(jìn)會授予學(xué)生營養(yǎng)與健康工作貢獻(xiàn)獎(2004)、被英國劍橋國際傳記中心選為2005年度世界頂尖科學(xué)家(LEADING SCIENTISTS of the WORLD 2005)、被科技部研究中心中國科技論壇2004年出版的《世紀(jì)戰(zhàn)略與展望-人才資源》收錄、連續(xù)三年獲澳大利亞國家研究生獎(1995、1996、1997)。 《Mahasarakham Journal of Science and Technology》、《Songklanakarin Journal of Science and echnology》、《健康博覽》、《中國食品安全導(dǎo)報》等雜志編委、另任國際多種英文SCI雜志審稿人?!吨袊称放c營養(yǎng)》理事會理事、《健康博 覽》編委、泰國Mahasarakham大學(xué)兼職教授、江南大學(xué)兼職教授、澳大利亞迪肯大學(xué)(Deakin University)客座教授、澳大利亞皇家墨爾本理工大學(xué)(RMITUniversity)兼職博導(dǎo)。組織過多次 國際會議如“國際營養(yǎng)科學(xué)聯(lián)盟第八屆臨床營養(yǎng)學(xué)大會”暨“第五屆亞太臨床營養(yǎng)學(xué)會大會”(杭州2006)、FAO/WHO食品和營養(yǎng)專家會議(杭州2006)、FAO/WHO食品和營養(yǎng)專家會議(Metung,澳大利亞2001)。
