研究方向:
1、中國人手足口病病毒(EV71)侵染人體的細(xì)胞途徑和病理機制。主要解決EV71經(jīng)口腔進(jìn)入人體腸道后,通過什么樣的細(xì)胞機制和體液機制實現(xiàn)增殖、轉(zhuǎn)運及潛伏的科學(xué)問題。
2、抗腫瘤藥物在癌癥細(xì)胞信號傳導(dǎo)過程中的作用。主要利用腺病毒、慢病毒等載體介導(dǎo)抗腫瘤基因靶向性治療癌癥的分子機制的科學(xué)問題。
3、蛋白產(chǎn)品及免疫型診斷試劑的開發(fā)
