主要研究成果
主持國家自然科學基金一項,參與973項目、國家自然科學基金和重大基金各一項,在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Commun., Adv. Func. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Phys. Chem. B, Chem. Eur. J.等國外著名期刊上共發(fā)表被SCI收錄論文110余篇,引用過1300次,H指數(shù)為22。
首先發(fā)現(xiàn)了具有駐極體效應(yīng)的硅納米線并用于納米發(fā)電機的制備,成果發(fā)表在Nano Lett.上;首次觀測到氫飽和的硅納米線具有優(yōu)異的光催化活性,成果發(fā)表在J. Am. Chem. Soc.上;首次利用流體的流動進行催化劑圖案化,并生長硅納米線陣列,發(fā)表在Chem. Commun.上,是封面文章和熱點文章,并有很高的評論;利用釩酸銀為基底進行表面增強拉曼研究,在極低濃度下可得到羅丹明6G、TNT、結(jié)晶紫和牛血清白蛋白的拉曼信號,該工作可用于食品安全、反恐檢測,論文發(fā)表在Chem. Commun.上,是封面文章和熱點文章;利用二步法得到了氧化硅/氧化鋁異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),得到強而穩(wěn)定的藍色發(fā)光,論文作為封面文章發(fā)表在Appl. Phys. Lett.上;利用一維納米材料作生物傳感器,用來探測葡萄糖和牛血清白蛋白,論文分別發(fā)表在Adv. Func. Mater.、Appl. Phys. Lett.和Nanotechnology上;與以色列著名科學家A. M. Panich進行國際合作,對硒化鉈納米棒進行了體積誘導的半金屬-半導體相變的研究,其研究結(jié)果發(fā)表在Physical Review B上。
在國內(nèi)外會議上做學術(shù)報告10次,其中特邀報告1次,擔任的國際雜志Journal of Nanoengineering and Nanomanufacturing和Frontiers of Optoelectronics in China的Guest Editor.
