研究方向
1)利用核磁共振(NMR)技術(shù)研究若干生物大分子溶液三維結(jié)構(gòu)、動(dòng)力學(xué)與功能關(guān)系。

2)利用NMR研究許多重要酶在核酸復(fù)制過程中 識(shí)別、剪切與修復(fù)核酸損傷位點(diǎn)的機(jī)制,以及相關(guān)蛋白與核酸相互作用機(jī)制。3)利用化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)修飾(有機(jī)合成)與酶學(xué)方法研究與疾病相關(guān)的酶與底物相互作用機(jī)制。4)利用定點(diǎn)突變技術(shù)研究重要氨基酸及有關(guān)氨基酸側(cè)鏈在酶生物催化過程中的作用。
5)基于生物大分子溶液三維結(jié)構(gòu)及相關(guān)酶生物催化機(jī)制, 利用有機(jī)合成方法進(jìn)行抗腫瘤藥物分子、其它藥物分 子合理化設(shè)計(jì)。
