研究領(lǐng)域

主要從事藥物化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)的研究工作,研究領(lǐng)域涉及藥物化學(xué)、有機(jī)合成和計(jì)算機(jī)輔助藥物設(shè)計(jì)等學(xué)科。作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人先后承擔(dān)了國(guó)家高技術(shù)“863”計(jì)劃、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、上海市科委等基金項(xiàng)目。近年來,圍繞新結(jié)構(gòu)類型先導(dǎo)化合物的合成,開展新的有機(jī)合成方法學(xué)研究,在Chemistry & Biology、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Organic Letters、 Journal of Organic Chemistry、Journal of Combinatorial Chemistry、Biophysical Journal、Journal of Pharmacology Experimental Therapeutics、Current Medicinal Chemistry、Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry、Tetrahedron Letters和Drug Metabolism and Disposition等雜志上發(fā)表國(guó)內(nèi)外論文百余篇。參加5本專著的編寫,申請(qǐng)專利30項(xiàng),獲得專利證書5項(xiàng)。
