1978年7月畢業(yè)于浙大化工系高分子化工專業(yè)。

朱力平

1980年開始從事消防工作,先后任浙江省公安消防總隊機關辦事員、副科長、科長、副總隊長,杭州市公安消防支隊政治委員、浙江省公安消防總隊副總隊長、總隊長。

2002年11月任江蘇省公安消防總隊總隊長,公安部消防局總工程師。

2006年8月晉升為武警少將警銜。

2009年1月任公安部消防局副局長。

2015年9月29日,中國消防協(xié)會第六次全國會員代表大會在北京舉行。會議選舉并產生了中國消防協(xié)會第六屆理事會,新一屆理事會設常務理事41名。會議選舉朱力平為中國消防協(xié)會第六屆理事會副會長。
