研究方向

1)發(fā)展和應(yīng)用新型的生物質(zhì)譜技術(shù)用于鑒定蛋白質(zhì)翻譯后修飾(例如磷酸化、乙酰化、糖基化等),考察特定的修飾基團(tuán)在細(xì)胞狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變過程中特異性的變化,從而鑒定與該生物過程直接相關(guān)的修飾位點(diǎn);

2)研究蛋白質(zhì)特定的翻譯后修飾對(duì)多潛能性干細(xì)胞的誘導(dǎo)和分化,以及病毒-宿主細(xì)胞的相互作用產(chǎn)生如何的影響;

3)發(fā)展和應(yīng)用新型的生物質(zhì)譜技術(shù)研究蛋白質(zhì)-蛋白質(zhì)、蛋白質(zhì)-配體形成的復(fù)合物的結(jié)構(gòu)信息。
